-
Substantial Contributions
Substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data/software implementation for the research. In the context of Information Systems and Technology, this includes contributions to system architecture design, algorithm development, model formulation (e.g., SEM-PLS, machine learning, prototyping), or critical data curation.
-
Drafting or Critical Revision
Drafting the work or reviewing it critically for important intellectual content. Authors must actively engage in writing the manuscript, refining the technical arguments, or improving the discussion and conclusion sections.
-

Final approval of the version to be published. All authors must thoroughly read and approve the final manuscript before submission and publication.
-
Accountability
Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.
Non-Author Contributions (Acknowledgments)

Instead, their contributions may be recognized in the Acknowledgments section.

To promote transparency, EXPERT requires an Author Contribution Statement using standard contributor roles (such as Conceptualization, Methodology, Software, Validation, Formal Analysis, Investigation, Data Curation, Writing - Original Draft, Writing - Review & Editing, Supervision) upon manuscript submission.
