Focus and Scope

EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi is intended as a medium for scientific studies of research results, thoughts, and critical-analytic studies regarding research in the field of computer science and technology, including Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering/Information Technology, Informatics Management, and Information Systems. It is part of the spirit of disseminating knowledge resulting from research and thoughts for the service of the wider community. In addition, it serves as a reference source for academics in Computer Science and Information and Technology.

EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi is published biannually (June and December) by Pusat Studi Teknologi Informasi, Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, Universitas Bandar Lampung. All publications in EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi are open, allowing articles to be freely available online without a subscription.

Peer Review Process

EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi applied the following peer review process policies:

  1. Authors are advised to check for plagiarism and be free from other copyright infringement before submitting.
  2. The Editors will review the submitted manuscript (by the author(s)). It will be evaluated and checking the manuscript's suitability with the journal's scope and conformity with the journal template. In this process, the editor communicates with the author(s). In this process, the editor communicates with the author(s) and decides the manuscript is eligible for review or decline.
  3. Manuscripts that have passed the step above will be sent to reviewers to review their content using single-blind review method.
  4. The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references.
  5. Reviewers will suggest improvements and or accept/reject articles.
  6. The editor will decide by considering suggestions from reviewers whether the manuscript meets the requirements of the EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi.
  7. The editor's decision is final.
  8. The entire review process is carried out in full web-based OJS.

 

Publication Frequency

EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi published twice a year (one volume and two issues) in June and December.

EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi with ISSN Online: 2745-7265 has the principle that all research is for the benefit of mankind. Research is a product of investment by society and therefore the results must be returned to all without borders or discrimination, serving society in a universal and transparent manner.

That is why EXPERT: Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi provides free and open online access to all of its research publications. All accepted articles will be immediately available and free to download on the page http://jurnal.ubl.ac.id/index.php/expert/ without limitation and without charge.
