Pengaruh Service Quality, Price, dan Location Terhadap Customer Satistafaction Pada Rumah Inggris di Bandar Lampung
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Inggris Bandar Lampung untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Quality, Price dan Location terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Studi ini bersifat kasual dan kuantitatif, dimana partisipasinya adalah siswa Rumah Inggris di Bandar Lampung. Ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan 52 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Google Form. Studi ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi pengolah data SPSS. Temuan menunjukan bahwa service quality dan location memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Selain itu, price memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap customer satisfaction. Menurut studi ini, Rumah Inggris seharusnya fokus untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction dengan memperhatikan service quality dan location terhadap konsumen. Service quality Rumah Inggris diharapkan dapat menjamin kepuasan mahasiswa dengan mempertahankan komunikasi dengan siswa serta meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap semua informasi di Rumah Inggris. Untuk location disarankan untuk dipertahankan, banyak dari siswa yang suka terhadap location pada Rumah Inggris.
