ANALISIS SOCIAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT (SROI) PADA RUMAH BUMN BANDAR LAMPUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai Social Return on Investment (SROI) dari program pemberdayaan UMKM yang diselenggarakan oleh Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung. Fokus utama terletak pada kegiatan pelatihan dan fasilitasi legalitas usaha seperti pembuatan NIB, PIRT, dan sertifikasi Halal. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif, data dikumpulkan dari 56 UMKM penerima manfaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi sebesar Rp50.000.000,00 menghasilkan peningkatan pendapatan sebesar Rp70.000.000,00 dengan rasio SROI sebesar 1,4. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program tersebut efektif dalam memberikan dampak sosial dan ekonomi, serta merekomendasikan penguatan evaluasi berbasis SROI sebagai metode penilaian keberlanjutan program sejenis.
