Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of high-performance work practices and engagement on the performance of gas station employees in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a type of quantitative research with descriptive research methods. The population in this study uses data from gas station customers and employees in Bandar Lampung. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using the SPSS Version 29 program. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis partially, it shows that high-performance work practices have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pertamina (Persero) gas stations in Bandar Lampung.
