Analisis Komunikasi Interpersonal Pegawai Pada Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Kabupaten Mesuji

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk komunikasi interpersonal pegawai pada Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Kabupaten Mesuji serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang menghambat efektivitasnya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif mengenai pola interaksi antarpersonel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik komunikasi interpersonal telah tercermin melalui keterbukaan informasi, empati terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, dukungan terhadap pelaksanaan program pimpinan, sikap positif dalam menjalankan kebijakan, serta upaya menjaga keselarasan tugas. Namun demikian, komunikasi interpersonal belum mencapai tingkat optimal, terutama karena minimnya perhatian pimpinan terhadap dinamika komunikasi staf, kurang efektifnya interaksi antarpegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugas, serta terbatasnya dukungan pemangku kepentingan yang berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan komunikasi interpersonal dan pembinaan sumber daya manusia guna meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara berkelanjutan.
