Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanggamus

Abstract


Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian asosiatif kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai sebagai responden, selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan bermakna terhadap kinerja pegawai. Di samping itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsistensi penerapan disiplin serta pengelolaan motivasi kerja yang tepat merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung optimalisasi kinerja aparatur pada lingkungan pemerintahan daerah.
