Optimalisasi Kinerja Pegawai Pada Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract


The aim of this research is to analyze the Optimization of Employee Performance at the People's Welfare Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Jawa Barat Province. This research uses qualitative research methods, how all data is obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the research show that the performance of employees at the People's Welfare Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Jawa Barat Province, in improving employee performance based on the dimensions of effectiveness, authority and responsibility, discipline and initiative, has been implemented, every job given to employees is always properly accounted for, this is because because employees are aware of the tasks assigned to them, so they always take the initiative in carrying out and completing their tasks and responsibilities, even though there are still obstacles in completing the tasks.
