Pengaruh Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Central Lampung Regency. The population of this study were 76 employees. This study uses quantitative methods and uses data analysis in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that this study supports the hypothesis proposed that leadership supervision has a positive effect on employee performance and is significant to employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Central Lampung Regency Regional Revenue Agency.
