Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan (Diklat) dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Lampung

Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of Education and Training and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Staffing Agency of Lampung Province, both individually and collectively, as well as knowing the independent variable that has the most influence on the dependent variable. By using descriptive research methods and quantitative data analysis, this study took a population of 77 respondents consisting of all employees of the Regional Staffing Agency of Lampung Province. Data collection was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression tests and partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test) analyses, were conducted for verification and analysis. The results showed that Education and Training had a significant effect on employee performance at the Lampung Province Regional Staffing Agency, as well as Work Motivation. Meanwhile, Education and Training and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Staffing Agency of Lampung Province.
