HUBUNGAN FAKTOR INDIVIDU DAN FAKTOR PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT FASTRATA BUANA BATURAJA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Fasstrata Buana Baturaja. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi ganda, penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa variabel independen yang mewakili faktor individu seperti motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dan faktor pekerjaan seperti beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja) untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai R sebesar 0,980, dan model ini mampu menjelaskan 96,1% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan (R Square = 0,961). Nilai Adjusted R Square yang sebesar 0,958 menunjukkan bahwa model yang digunakan tetap efektif meskipun terdapat beberapa variabel independen. Hasil uji signifikansi model (Sig. F Change = 0,000) menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan manajerial di PT Fasstrata Buana Baturaja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui perbaikan pada faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan yang relevan.
