PENGARUH PENGALAMAN YANG BERKESAN TERHADAP NIAT MENGUNJUNGI KEMBALI PARIWISATA PESISIR BARAT: KEPUASAN SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman yang berkesan dan kepuasan terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali pariwisata di Pesisir Barat, serta menguji peran kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana pengalaman wisata yang dirasakan wisatawan dapat membentuk kepuasan dan memengaruhi keinginan untuk kembali berkunjung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji mediasi menggunakan pendekatan Baron & Kenny. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 399 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke destinasi wisata di Pesisir Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman yang berkesan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan niat mengunjungi kembali. Selain itu, kepuasan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara pengalaman yang berkesan dan niat mengunjungi kembali. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengalaman dan kepuasan wisatawan merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk loyalitas wisatawan untuk kembali ke destinasi pariwisata. Oleh karena itu, pengelola destinasi perlu menciptakan pengalaman yang berkesan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung guna mendorong kunjungan ulang.
