PENERAPAN MSDM UNTUK OPTIMALISASI KINERJA MELALUI STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN APARATUR BAWASLU PROVINSI LAMPUNG

Abstract


Manajemen sumber daya manusia memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, termasuk di Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia di Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung dalam rangka optimalisasi kinerja melalui strategi pengelolaan aparatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia secara sistematis, meliputi rekrutmen berbasis kompetensi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi kinerja yang berbasis indikator. Strategi pengelolaan ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan kemampuan adaptasi aparatur dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan pemilu. Kesimpulannya, penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif mendukung optimalisasi kinerja Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung dalam menghadapi tantangan pemilu yang kompleks.
