Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kecamatan X Jakarta Selatan

Abstract


Sub-district is an administrative division of the Indonesian state under the regency or city. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection is done interviews and questionnaires. The test stages used are Data Quality Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study state that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with the results of the t test count 5.147> t table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 3.790 < 2.011 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. While the results of the simultaneous significant test (F test) show that the value of F count 101.249> F table 3.19, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).
