Contingent Valuation Choice Modelling dan dalam Menilai Preferensi Penggunaan Energi Bangunan

Abstract

Contingent Valuation and Choice Modeling is a method for assessing preferences which relates withcost. Based on the hierarchical methodology Willingness to pay, both methods are in method Preference is Stated preference research method in which respondents are not in the condition stated. Broadly speaking, these methods have in common that it is difficult to distinguish, but despite being in the same hierarchy, both methods have different implications in research, especially research on building energy consumption. This article attempts to explain the differences and the use of methods of Contingent Valuation and Choice Modeling in the study of building energy consumption preferences.
