Informasi Pengawasan dan Iklim Organisasi

Abstract


Informasi yang berhubungan dengan pengawasan terhadap anggota organisasiataupun karyawan, pada umumnya tidak mudah dilaksanakan dan tidak dikehendaki.Sebab pengawasan selalu dalam bentuk yang memaksa, mengendalikan dan tindakanlain yang diasumsikan membatasi kebebasan dalam bekerja. Padahal organisasimenghadapi banyak tuntutan pihak internal maupun eksternal, yang mengkaitkandengan kecepatan kerja, yang berbasis kepada dukungan kinerja sesuai dengan tugasddan tanggungjawab sebagaimana dalam struktur organisasi. Karena itu untukmengetahui secara rinci karakteristik anggota organisasi dari aspek kemampuan
teknis, adminstratif dan aspek lain yang melekat, diperlukan informasi pengawasanyang baik. Tetapi tidak dapat disangkal, bahwa hambatan dalam pelaksanaaninformasi pengawasan tetap saja muncul akibat keengganan anggota organisasi untuk
bekerja secara terukur. Oleh karena itu, agar informasi pengawasan diterima oleh seluruh entitas organisasi, diperlukan iklim komunikasi dalam organisasi, yang mampu
memberikan keleluasaan dalam membangun makna bersama dalam komunikasi.

In general, the Information relating to the over sight of the organizations members or employees was not easy to be implemented and not to bedesired. Because the supervision was always in the form offorcing, controlling and other actions that are assumed to restrictthe freedom of work. Mean while, the organization faced many demands from the internal and external parties which relateto the pace of work based on the support of performance in accordance with job and responsibilitiesasin the organizational structure. Therefore, to know in detail about the characteristics oforganization members from the aspects of technical,administrative and other inherent aspects, the good information supervision was necessary. However, it cannot be denied that the barriers in the implementation of information surveillances till arose due to the reluctance of organization members to work measurably. Therefore, in order to control information received by allorganizational entities, the communication climatein the organization was needed which was able to provide the flexibility in constructing shared meaning in communication.
